In the head of the machine, you will find 2 valves:
_ one (11) to regulate the flow of water going through the head (one could as well regulate the amount of coffee made by closing it when the quantity of coffee was obtained),
_ one (12) to reheat a liquid with the remaining steam.
Here it is at last: The STEAMER!!!!
